Unlimited AI is a free, web-based AI chat interface and API proxy that provides access to various third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba, DeepInfra, Meta). The service forwards user prompts to the selected AI provider and returns the generated response. All models are accessed through official provider APIs using the operator's paid credentials.
By accessing or using Unlimited AI in any way — including visiting the website, submitting prompts through the chat interface, using the API endpoints programmatically, or otherwise interacting with the service — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not access or use the service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use this service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You agree not to:
Standard keys (ua_ prefix). API keys are generated on demand — one per browser. A unique key is created and stored in your browser's localStorage when you first open the Developer access panel. The key does not require any personal information and works from any network. Rate limiting (120 requests/minute) is tracked per browser using a stored client identifier, not by IP address.
Verified keys (xav- prefix). Users who sign in with email verification can create persistent API keys that are not bound to an IP address. These keys work from any network and bypass the standard rate limit. You are responsible for keeping your verified keys confidential. If a key is exposed, you should delete it through the Developer access panel and create a new one.
Revocation. The operator reserves the right to revoke any API key at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected abuse, excessive usage that impacts service stability, or violation of these terms.
You are solely responsible for the content of your prompts and how you use the AI-generated responses. The service does not pre-screen, moderate, or filter user prompts. Each AI provider applies its own usage policies, safety classifiers, and content filters independently.
You must not use the service to generate content that:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You should independently verify any output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
Your content. You retain all rights to the prompts and messages you submit to the service. The operator does not claim any ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant the service a limited, transient license to process, transmit, and forward your content to the selected AI provider for the sole purpose of generating a response. This license terminates automatically when the response is delivered.
AI-generated output. The legal status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. The operator makes no claim of ownership over AI-generated responses and makes no representation about your rights to use or reproduce them. You should consult applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Service IP. The Unlimited AI name, logo, and interface design are owned by the operator. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use the Unlimited AI brand, name, or logo.
This service acts as a proxy to third-party AI providers. The operator has no control over the behavior, availability, or data handling practices of these providers. Your prompts are forwarded to the provider you select, and each provider processes your data according to its own terms and privacy policy. Links to each provider's privacy policy are available in the Privacy Statement. The operator is not responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party providers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. The operator makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the service, including but not limited to: accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of the service.
Because the operator is an anonymous individual with no legal entity and no insurance, there is no meaningful financial recourse available. This limitation of liability is a fundamental part of the agreement under which the service is provided.
AI-generated responses are not professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for: medical diagnoses or treatment, legal counsel, financial or investment decisions, engineering or safety-critical calculations, or any other purpose where inaccurate information could result in harm. Always consult a qualified professional for advice in these areas.
The service is provided without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or continuity. The operator may:
Models may be added or removed based on provider availability, cost constraints, or operator discretion. There is no deprecation notice period for removed models or features.
The operator may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, behavior that threatens the stability or security of the service, or excessive resource consumption.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any API keys issued to you may be revoked. Chat history stored in your browser's localStorage is not affected by server-side termination.
Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy & Data Handling Statement, which describes what data is collected, how it is processed, and what data is not collected. The privacy statement is incorporated into these terms by reference.
The operator resides in the United States. Because the operator is an individual and not a registered legal entity, these terms are not governed by any specific jurisdiction's laws for purposes of dispute resolution. By using the service, you agree that any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved informally through the in-app feedback channel, and you waive any right to legal action against the operator. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Because the operator has no means of contacting users (no accounts, no email collection), continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You should review these terms periodically.
Questions or concerns about these terms should be submitted through the in-app feedback form available within the application interface. The operator reads every submission and will respond to legitimate inquiries. There is no other formal contact channel.
These terms, together with the Privacy & Data Handling Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding your use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
